provides easy World Wide return service and return of money!
You always have a minimum of 14 days of return and money back rights
on all goods purchased from NoShop.dk - counting from the moment you
receive the goods. If the buying is a gift or there are other
matters that requirres that you need longer return rights, please
add a note about this on the order form and we will put it on the
invoice. Is the product delivered with special packaging or manuals,
they must be returned along with the product, as these have a
significant impact on product value and also you will ooos yur
rights to return if you make any modifications at all on the product
which will make it loose value in a reselling process.
Please contact us before you return the product, so you can get a
return number and as we have very special rates with UPS this will
make our handling of the return faster, cheaper and easier.
You can also undo your purchase by denying receipt, or in person to
hand over the unopened package to our corporate address NoShop.dk c
/ o Taskehuet, Østergade 32, 3600 Frederikssund.
Note - we do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.
Return for repair / complaint:
Urskiven.dk v / NoShop.dk provides 24 months of warranty on all
their products (except leather straps and splitters). This means you
can either get it repaired, exchanged, money back or reduced price,
depending on the individual situation. This notified of course that
claim is justified and that the deficiency is not caused by an
incorrect use of the product or other injurious behaviors. NoShop.dk
have to be notified within a reasonable time after you have
discovered the defect in the product. If notified within two months
after the defect was discovered, the claim is always timely.
Urskiven.dk v / NoShop.dk reserves the right to have defective goods
checked and possibly repaired at the importer, manufacturer or
repaired of our own workshop, if the claim is justified. Costs of
return and these inspections is all on behalf of NoShop.dk
NoShop.dk take pride in ensuring that all our products is keeping a
high quality and should the unexpected happen with our products, we
ask you kindly to contact us as soon as possible before you return
the product. When returning for repair or otherwise, NoShop.dk
submit a claim slip to be placed in the package and a UPS package
label, so it is free for you to send your purchase for repair.
